When will I get my order?
Fulfillment Time: 2–5 business days for all products.
Shipping Time: Varies based on the fulfillment center and destination:

Where will my order ship from?
We work with a trusted print-on-demand partner that has fulfillment centers worldwide. Orders are typically shipped from the location closest to you, usually in Canada or the USA.
However, depending on product availability, size, or print method, your order may be fulfilled from another international location, such as Europe. This helps ensure timely delivery, but may result in import or customs fees upon arrival.
Will I be charged customs for my order?
International orders may incur additional customs or tax fees. These charges are not under our control and are determined by your local customs office. We recommend checking with your customs office if you are unsure of potential fees.
My order hasn’t arrived—what should I do?

We use a print-on-demand drop shipper with locations around the globe. Your order is printed and shipped from the facility that can fulfill it most efficiently based on your location.
How do I track my order?

I received a wrong or damaged product—what now?
We’re sorry about that! Please email natalieuneditedselfco@gmail.com within one week of receiving your order. Include:

🔁 Returns
What’s your return policy?
Because each product is made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if there’s an issue with your order, contact us at natalieuneditedselfco@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to resolve it.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only issued for damaged or incorrect items. Please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the item(s) to begin the process.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or colour?
We do not offer size or colour exchanges at this time. Please refer to the size chart on each product page before ordering.
If your item was mislabeled, email us within one week of receiving it with your order number and a photo of the incorrect item. We’ll send you a replacement or issue a refund.
Additional Information
Please notify us of any issues with your order within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
If your package is returned to our fulfillment partner due to an incorrect or insufficient address, or if the package is unclaimed, you will be responsible for any reshipment costs once the correct address has been confirmed.
